About me
Hello, my name is Sesilia and I have been studying to become a chef for past 3 years. Originally from Georgia, I have always been interested in cooking as it was big part of my culture. I was also lucky enough to travel and live many different countries which exposed to different cuisines at a young age. I realised very quickly I wanted to make food my career. After finishing school I started my culinary course and worked in various restaurants to gain experience. While working in restaurants I became more fascinated with plating of food and how it can be translated in cooking at home. Being obsessed with both Pinterest and Instagram it opened up the world of food photography for me which I hope to further learn. I have gained knowledge from working with different chefs and my teachers and would like to document and share my progress as a culinary student. I hope you follow my journey and enjoy my recipes.
